the process
We only offer one service. That's it.
Our only service is to help you capture and convert your presentation for playback on cd-rom or online.
We convert your event, seminar or conference into an Interactive CD-ROM, DVD, or Online Presentation. We're professional, competitive, and very experienced!
Video record with clean audio.

Step 1 - Video record your speakers at your live event, seminar or conference.
Either you can record this event yourself (we'll give you some advice and suggestions to attain the proper footage and audio) or we can build it into your project. On the day of your event we setup an expensive HD camera on your speakers, and a second camera on your slides (for reference only - not to be used in the final product because of it's lack of quality.) We also add our wireless mic to the podium, or we have each speaker wear it.
Video capture and edit.

Step 2 - We capture and edit your video footage.
From here our video editor captures all of the footage from your event and lays it all out in Final Cut:
- Removing pauses, silence, or unnecessary footage. - Your final edit will only have the useful footage from your event with none of the awkward interruptions.
- Color Correction - We also clean up superficial color imbalances in your footage.
- Audio Cleanup - Clean audio can make the difference between your audience thinking your final product is amateurish or professional.
- Web Compression - Once all the footage has been edited we export it to a web-ready H.264 Quick Time web streaming format that will make the final files small, clean, and clear!
Program in FLASH, synchronize, and compile.

Step 3 - We synchronize your PowerPoint slides with your video within our unique FLASH engine.
Our programmer is well versed in FLASH, web streaming, and video compression. This is the stage where he will also synchronize what the speaker is saying with their appropriate slides. It's time consuming but it gives your final product real value!
Website or CD-ROM print design.

Step 4 - Graphic design of print and web layout.
Our skilled graphic designer will work with you to produce the most appropriate look and feel for your product:
- CD-ROM / DVD Print Case. - If you've decided to create a physical final product like a CD-ROM or a DVD then we will work with you to quickly design the most appealing and appropriate artwork.
- Web - If you've decided to deliver your final product online then we will work with you determine the look and feel of your online presentation. We can either host and serve your product ourselves, or we can provide you with the final files once your project is complete.
- Interface Design - To save you money we've pre-designed and programmed our very own customized FLASH interface (saving your project thousands of dollars in development) but this still leaves us plenty of room for logos, color choices and font choices. The final product will always be unique to your show and your company.
Enjoy your final product!

Step 5 - After the review/approval process you will receive your final product!
You will be given plenty of time to review and make changes to your final product. Once you've approved of everything we can either produce multiple copies on CD-ROM or DVD or we can serve your project online!
- CD-ROM / DVD - We can either give you a Master Disc with the Print files, or we can mass produce as many copies as you wish. We can do a few hundred copies economically here in Edmonton, or we can ship them out if you require thousands.
- Web - You are welcome to serve and host these files yourself, or you can take advantage of our web services and simply pay a small yearly fee to have them served off our massive web server backbone.
That's it! Please don't hesitate to ask us questions, or to request a quote for your event.
